Schmitt Söhne is a wine producer located in the village of Longuich in the Mosel wine region. It was founded by Hilar Schmitt in 1919 as a small regional winery and has grown into a worldwide brand with a large presence in the US. It mainly produces white wines from German-grown grape varieties like Riesling, Müller Thurgau, Silvaner and Weissburgunder.
