Pata Negra Brut Reserva Cava is made from the highest quality grapes in the traditional method. A toasty nose with hints of green apples and citrus, lively and easy to drink. Structured with a clean, fresh persistent aftertaste. A great example of Cava. Great on its own and with seafood, caviar or sushi. Also a great match with light tapas.
Bready aromas of pound cake are full but oxidized. This has a coarse, tight mouthfeel with very little richness, depth or leeway. Flavors of mustard and briny apple and citrus fruits finish firm and slightly bitter in flavor.
