Pali Wine Co. Pinot Noir Riviera Sonoma Coast 2019 750 ML

Riviera is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from two vineyards in the Sonoma Coast AVA: Pali’s vineyard in the south-eastern corner of the AVA, and a small, family-owned vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA (a sub-AVA within Sonoma Coast). This wine is fermented in small lots, punched-down up to three times daily during fermentation, then barrel-aged in 30% new French oak for eight months.

Strong aromas of cherry and ripe plum are cut by eucalyptus on the nose of this bottling. The wine lands softly on the palate, with a slightly viscous texture carrying cherry paste, light tobacco and licorice flavors.
