For Elouan, the fruit is brought together from three distinct terrains along Oregon’s premiere Western vineyards which harmonize beautifully when blended as one. The diversity of these cool climate areas combined with an elongated growing season creates wines with vibrant fruit flavors, intensity and richness with refreshing acidity. Pairs well with risotto with truffle and Parmesan, honey garlic glazed salmon with asparagus, or tuna tartar.
