De Luze V.S.O.P. is a Fine Champagne Cognac blended from eaux-de-vie made from grapes grown at Domaine Boinaud and distilled on the lees at the Boinaud family’s own distillery which boasts 41 pot-stills. It is a blend of eaux de vie from Grande Champagne (minimum 50 per cent) and Petite Champagne, aged at least 12 years with some spirit dating from 1989.Proof: 80 (40% ABV)
