On the palate, this mature single malt opens with rich maple and moves to semi-sweet chocolate in the mid-palate. Subsequent sips will reinforce nougat and evolve into honey butter, finishing a bit drier than what you might expect from past releases of the Lot series.\n \n Sip neat to fully experience all the nuances and depth of flavor, or add nothing more than a single large ice cube.
