Les Cadrans de Lassgue is a brilliantly clear red Bordeaux wine blend, showing a ruby core and flavors of fresh red fruit. The texture is reflective of its predominant varietal, Merlot, on full display here in its most soft, expansive form. Above all else the wine has balanced fruit. The generous, lifted bouquet, silky texture, and finely integrated tannins make this the perfect wine to enjoy right away. This Bordeaux red wine blend shows bright red fruit that leaps out of the glass. Red cherry and red currant notes are accented with spice aromas. Fresh and elegant, the finesse of the Cabernet Franc gives a linear lift on the palate, with refined tannins and a lively and balanced finish. Pair with rack of lamb, grilled steak, duck breast with cherry compote. This bottled France red blend is 14.0% alcohol by volume.
