Spring 44 Dry Gin 88 is a small-batch gin distilled in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. It is made with all-natural botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, citrus zest, and lavender. The gin is bottled at 88 proof and has a clear, colorless appearance.Similar to their vodka, Spring 44 Gin is made from what they describe as a “proprietary blend of American-grown grain.” The infusions are described as floral, citrus zest, and juniper–the floral implies a bit of a modern flavor profile but for the moment we have opted to list it as a classic dry style gin.
