Zafra Aged Rum Master Reserve 21 Year Old is a super-premium rum produced in Panama. It is aged for a minimum of 21 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, giving it a complex and well-rounded flavor profile.Named after the Spanish term for the sugar cane harvest, Zafra Master Reserve is a premium Panamanian rum produced using a small columm still and matured for at least 21 years in casks that formerly held bourbon. Blended by a former maestro ronero for Havana Club, Zafra is a pleasingly rich but interestingly dry rum with a perfectly silky mouthfeel and superb balance. Marvellous stuff.
