Piedra Azul Tequila Reposado is distilled at century-old La Madrileña in Tototlan, and produced from 100% Blue Weber Agave from the Los Altos region in the central state of Jalisco. Piedra Azul Reposado rests in oak for 4 months, and is made to exhibit light, sweet notes of vanilla balanced by crisp citrus and a smooth, clean finish. Delightful to sip on its own, Piedra Azul Reposado is also a flavorful complement to any premium cocktail. Piedra Azul is named for the prized gem, Turquoise; in tribute to ancient Mexican ancestors who considered the Turquoise stone a sacred emblem of power, luck and protection. The distillery, La Madrileña, was founded in 1911 in Tototlan, Jalisco.
