It is crafted by friends and blues fans, Austin Evans and Richard Patrick, who donate a portion of sales to non-profits that contribute to the region’s arts and culture. It has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40% and a proof of 80. It has a fresh boiled corn aroma with a hint of lemon. It has a sweet lemon entry with a soft mouth feel, followed by a milky lemon peak. It fades with a squeeze of lemon, mineral, and anise, and finishes with lemon peel and white pepper.
