Made from 100% Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, the grapes are hand-picked during the cool early morning hours to preserve the fresh, delicate flavors. After gentle pressing, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, 25% new, for 11 months.

Originally built in as an egg storage facility, Olivet was converted to a small production winery by iconic Sonoma County vintner, Cecil DeLoach, in 2000.
