The drive is the expansion of expressive Burgundy wines and the cultivation of small terraces and steep slopes that date back to Roman times and for which Franz Keller fought during the land consolidation at the Kaiserstuhl. Developing wines in a particularly straightforward way, as the perfect accompaniment to good food, has always been one of the central ideas of vinification.
