Pacific Rim Dry Riesling is a vibrant expression of Washington State’s Columbia Valley. It bursts forth with enticing aromas of citrus blossom and a touch of white peach. On the palate, it unveils flavors of crisp green apple and a hint of minerality. The wine’s bright acidity carries through to a clean, invigorating finish. This Dry Riesling is a true celebration of Columbia Valley’s potential for producing world-class Rieslings.Pale straw color. On the nose, jasmine, pear and apple. On the palate, apricot, jasmine with a balanced sugar level. The sweetness plays wonderfully with fiery fare (from Thai to Mexican), while the natural acidity stands up to richer foods (from French to German).
