The 2019 In Sheep’s Clothing Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley is a wine made from grapes grown in Washington State’s Columbia Valley. For the 2019 release, 60% of the grapes came from the Red Mountain AVA and 40% from the Wahluke Slope. After fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months in barrels, 25% of which are new French oak barrels.
Some say the wine has notes of oak, vanilla, chocolate, blackberry, plum, cherry, and red fruit. Others say it has powerful oak and dry leaves, with black fruit and perhaps plum. Some say it’s a complex wine with hints of dried herbs, anise, and bay leaf
