Tasting Notes
Dark garnet in color, the 2014 "Estate" Pinot Noir is pure and elegant. The nose is filled with aromas of black cherry, vanilla and spice. On the palate, pure fruit flavors are balanced by well-integrated French oak, tannin, and acidity. Enjoy this wine with traditional beef and lamb dishes as well as smoked salmon, pork, and cheese.
