Tasting Notes
This Rose is 100% Pinot Noir from the Casablanca valley. On the nose intense strawberry and cherry aromas are mingled with citrus, herbal and floral notes. On the palate lush texture and fresh acidity that lead to a long crisp finish. Perfect on its own or with appetizers, especially shrimp salad. Serve well chilled.
