The Crusher Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby color with vivid aromas of ripe black cherry, perfumed lavender and toasty oak notes. The youthful and inviting aromas lead to a lush mouthfeel where layers of dark fruit flavors are revealed. The intensely flavored palate offers avors of juicy fruit, toasted almond and brown baking spice notes. The wine is aged in 80% new oak (40% American and 40% French) and 20% seasoned Hungarian Oak, giving the wine a soft texture with fine, well-integrated tannins.

Tasting Notes
Our 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant, juicy and smoky, aromas of wild strawberry, dark cherry and a hint of teriyaki intermingle to produce a sweet and savory character. Expressive on the palate with avors of maraschino cherry, toffee and black walnut ice cream. Twelve percent Merlot provides for a velvety frame. The lingering finish is graceful and unearths ripe tannins which add to the balance and complexity of the wine.
