90% cane sugar and 10% molasses. Cane sugar and molasses are combined with water and heated to an appropriate temperature to dilute sugars and sanitize. Once fully diluted the sugar wash is transferred to the fermenter, cooled, and yeast is added. The mash is fermented over the course of a few days and then distilled in a hybrid pot still.
