The Stellar Organics range was developed to be an everyday-drinking wine for the educated consumer who is looking to enjoy wine that is produced without the addition of Sulphur Dioxide (sulfites) at any stage in the winemaking process. The end result is a range of No-Added-Sulfite wines. A deep, ruby-red Pinotage with a dark cherry tobacco nose. There is a slight sweetness upfront on the palate with coffee and dark chocolate notes. Firm tannins and acid round out this wine and give it structure. Pairs nicely with spicy Chinese dishes, roast Lamb, carpaccio and roast pork belly.
