Tasting Notes
Birillo is an original red, very easy to drink and appealing. It could even be described as a "mini-Super Tuscan." It is, in fact, a pleasant wine for all types of meals, with characteristics like that of a Super Tuscan-power, depth, color, refinement, and with a typical composition of aromas found in those great wines; yet it is made to be simpler, smoother, and overall more accessible for everyone.
