Linne Calodo is owned and operated by winemaker Matt Trevisan. He produces compelling, hand-crafted Rhone variety and Zinfandel based blends from his estate vineyard and neighboring vineyards, located on the west side of Paso Robles. The vineyards are influenced by the cool ocean fog and marine air that flows east through the Templeton Gap. Linne and Calodo are geological terms that apply to distinctive types of calcareous shale and sandstone soils found in the vineyards.

Tasting Notes
Nemesis contains almost 90% Syrah, the highest percentage of Linne Calodo's three current red releases. It's a big, dark wine, saturated with cassis and dark chocolate flavors, with delicious notes of cherries, raspberries and oak. It has an interesting and complex tannin-acid structure. This compelling, authoritative Rh?ne blend showcases the brilliance of its terroir.
