Tasting Notes
This deep-hued wine opens with aromas of bright red raspberry and luscious cherry fruit. Ripe and rich on the palate showing off floral hibiscus, violet and herbal notes on the front. The mid-palate reveals layers of jammy raspberry and brambly dark berry fruit that fold seamlessly with well-integrated tannins and toasty oak. Finishes long and lovely sup- ported by refreshing acidity and a sense of elegance and finesse. The harmonious balance of fruit, tannin and acidity makes the Hahn GSM the friendliest and most versatile of food wines.
