WHEATED BOURBON
Wheated bourbons became popular thanks to the cult-like followings around Pappy Van Winkle and W. L. Weller. The wheat adds a softer, smoother mouthfeel. We replaced the usual rye with wheat for an easy sipping spirit. Our Bourbon is not only approachable for the new fan but a must try for the veteran “wheater” .

Our precisely crafted mix of grains include 63% corn for just enough bourbon sweetness, 34% wheat for a gentle mellow feel, and a small amount of barley for the perfectly balanced “wheater”.
Tasting Note:
A “wheater” from the Wheat State, this brings a pleasing vanilla aroma and mellow palate. Adding water transforms toffee and oak into smooth caramel and crème brûlée sprinkled with cracked black pepper.
