Tasting Notes
This 2016 Rancho Santa Rosa Chardonnay opens with fresh and clean aromatics of citrus, jasmine, wet slate and a touch of minerality. The palate has bright, crisp acidity with notes of lemon curd, lime zest and tangerine which give way to toasted hazelnut on the long finish. The full-bodied mouthfeel and impressive balance make it an excellent pairing with a creamy fettuccini with grilled chicken and fresh herbs.
