This enables the facility to blend in tastefully with the surrounding environment. Ancient masonry techniques practiced by the indigenous population in bygone times were revived for its construction in the late 1990s, providing new and welcome opportunities for skilled local craftsmen.

Tasting Notes
It displays a deep ruby red color with purplish hues. In the nose, it is intense with aromas of raspberry, plum and licorice. The mouth is filled with noticeable and sweet tannins as well as a spicy burning sensation on the sides of the mouth. The aftertaste displays flavors of blackcurrant , dark chocolate and coffee. Its oak ageing enhances and increases its complexity. It displays a long and elegant finish.
