Jean-Pierre and Francois?s father, Jacques Perrin, was a gifted winemaker who brought world renown to the family domaine, introducing innovative techniques in the cellar, such as flash-heat exchange for maximum extract, integrated pest-control and organic farming practices in the vineyards. Now the next generation of winemakers has joined Jean-Pierre and Francois – Pierre, Marc, Thomas and Matthieu – to continue the proud family tradition.

Tasting Notes
?2015 is an exceptional vintage in the appellation. This wine expresses marvelously the beauty of the vintage. Intense red with purple reflections, Les Sinards 2015 expresses an intense bouquet of red and black fruit, sweet spices, noble wood and mineral notes. The mouth is incredibly balanced between freshness and volume, the tannins are fine and elegant, the finish is very long, aromatic, and sweet.
