Don’t let this one fool you with sweet aromatics. Take a couple of small sips to prepare your palate for the tart explosion. Best served chilled. Try it with Lemon Icebox Pie, or a wonderfully spiced grilled wild boar chop.
The first wine that Marvin produced was Sweet Cheryl, a sweet red muscadine wine, in memory of his wife who died of cancer before ever seeing the vineyards and winery. The next three to be produced were also muscadine wines—3 Mile White, Golden Harvest, and Currahee Rose.
