A darker side of Cupcake Vineyards, this decadent red blend is made with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Petite Verdot and Zinfandel. The barrel aged Cabernet Sauvignon provides the powerful but luxurious structure, while the Merlot adds the dark berry nose and luscious mouthfeel. The Zinfandel brings a spiciness that you can only get from grapes grown in California, perfectly complimented by the pretty floral aroma and purple hue of the Petite Verdot.
