Additional Information

Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2020 1 L (3 Bottles)

Caymus has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet. Grapes for this wine are farmed in 8 of Napa’s 16 sub-appellations, with diversification enabling us to make the best possible wine in a given year. Our Cabernet offers layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis and ripe berries.

Red Schooner Voyage 11 750 ML (3 Bottle)

Grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a style that is dense, dark and supple. Falling outside standard labeling rules, Red Schooner does not include a vintage date but is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e. Voyage 11 is the 2021 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins.

Red Schooner Red Wine Of The World Transit 2 750 ML (3 Bottle)

Our new “Red Wine of the World,” this red blend is sourced from famed regions of southern Australia, the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale. Mostly Shiraz with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Transit 2 is bold yet nuanced, featuring scents of smoky meat, chocolate and wet soil. A hint of mint on the palate stems from native trees. Just like our Red Schooner Malbec from Argentina is known by the “voyage” that produced it, this wine is called a sequential “transit.”

Emmolo Merlot Napa Valley 2020 750 ML (3 Bottle)

This wine is sourced from vineyards in Napa Valley, including land that has been in the family of Jenny Wagner’s maternal relatives (the Emmolos) for generations. We seek out areas with light gravelly soil and ideal growing conditions that enable longer “hang time” for the grapes to achieve full ripeness. We also utilize techniques like crop thinning to produce an elegant, distinctive Merlot. This wine has expansive, dark berry flavors, a fresh earthiness and smooth, leathery tannins.
