Ca’ Montini is crafted with fruit sourced from the highly prized Terre Di Valfredda vineyard in Ala. The vineyard is named after the small valley in which it lies, known by the locals as Valfredda, or “Cold Valley”. The surrounding mountains provide the grapes natural protection from the elements, while a perfect east/west exposure and Pergola Trentina trellising system create ideal ripening conditions. The project was conceived under the direction of internationally acclaimed, award winning
winemaker Riccardo Cotarella and his technical staff; and Cai Montini is proof positive that with discerning site selection, meticulous vineyard management and world class winemaking Trentino can produce prestigious wines of authenticity and excellence.
