The Cabal Blanco Horsehead is a tequila produced in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. The Los Altos region is known for its high altitude and cool climate, which are ideal for growing the Blue Weber agave plant, the main ingredient in tequila.

The Cabal Blanco Horsehead is made from 100% Blue Weber agave that is harvested after at least 8 years of growth. The agave is then cooked in traditional brick ovens and fermented with natural yeast. The tequila is then distilled twice and bottled at 40% ABV.
