The production headquarters and the winery are located in Lavis, near to Trento. The production area consists of vineyards located in the Adige Valley, which extends from the Lavis, Sorni, and Meano hills, to the characteristic terraces of the Cembra Valley, to Isera in Vallagarina and to the province of Verona

Tasting Notes
Bollini Merlot comes from Trentino, where the clay soils in the cool, dry highland vineyards are ideally suited to producing clean, elegant and aromatic wines of great charm. Hand harvested grapes are destemmed and crushed, and vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in large oak casks.
