Tasting Notes
70% Grolleau, 30% Cabernet Franc with brilliant pink color. Fruit driven, with intense ripe red fruit aromas (raspberry, cherry, redcurrant) mixed with peppery hints. Well balanced wine with rich aromas on the palate. Refreshing and long aftertaste. Enjoy with raspberry macaroons shared with friends, sushi and maki with wasabi sauce or with all curries. Serve between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius.
