Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon constitute roughly half of total production. Other varietals include Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Gewurztraminer, Syrah, Sangiovese, Viognier, and Cabernet Franc.

This dark purple wine has complex aromas of dark cherry, black pepper, plum, oak, vanilla and spice.? In the glass there are spicy flavors of red fruits, berry, plum, cherry, oak and vanilla.? This is a fruit forward wine with nice balance and a long structured finish.
