Tablas Creek Esprit de Tablas Blanc 2023 is the winery’s flagship Rhône-style white blend, crafted from six estate-grown grape varieties. Rich Roussanne forms the wine’s textured, honeyed core, while Grenache Blanc and Picpoul Blanc bring freshness, bright acidity and mineral character. Aromas of honeycomb, baked pear, white flowers and lemongrass lead to a broad yet lifted palate with apricot, preserved lemon, crème brûlée and chalky mineral notes. The finish is long and elegant, showing grilled pineapple, green herbs and a subtle touch of oak.
