Roseblood d’Estoublon 1489 Blanc 2023 is a refined and complex white wine from Provence, produced primarily from Rolle with a small proportion of Sauvignon Blanc. It displays a luminous golden color with green highlights and expressive aromas of candied ginger, citrus zest, graphite and delicate sweet spices. The focused, fresh palate offers yellow-fleshed fruit, lightly toasted brioche and subtle richness from French-oak fermentation and ageing. Its elegant structure, mineral freshness and long finish make it an excellent partner for scallop carpaccio, fine cheeses, poultry with cream sauce and refined seafood dishes.
