Lustau Sherry Oloroso East India Solera

A delicious drop from Lustau, combining a marriage of solera matured oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry. After blending, the sherry is returned to a solera for further maturation. This aging process intends to recreate that of 17th Century wine casks, which were strapped to ships headed for the Indies, with the resulting wine said to boast a characteristically smooth and complex nature.
