La Giaretta Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2019 is a rich, full-bodied Italian red wine produced from carefully selected grapes that are dried on wooden racks before pressing. It offers an intense bouquet of ripe cherries, preserved Morello cherries, dried fruit and warm spice. The palate is robust, smooth and well balanced, with concentrated fruit, firm structure and a long, warming finish. It is aged for at least two years and further refined in the bottle. Best enjoyed with braised meats, rich main courses, game and mature cheeses.
