Jérôme Bretaudeau La Justice Amphore Blanc 2022 is a distinctive natural white wine from France’s Loire Valley. It is produced from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin grown in rocky granite and quartz soils. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, followed by approximately 14 months of maturation, primarily in amphora with a small portion aged in barrel. The wine is aromatic, mineral-driven and textural, displaying ripe orchard fruit, citrus, herbs and subtle smoky notes with fresh acidity and a long, savory finish.
