Domaine Jean Marc et Hugues Pavelot La Dominode 1er Cru 2023 is a refined red Burgundy produced from old-vine Pinot Noir in the prestigious La Dominode Premier Cru vineyard of Savigny les Beaune. The wine offers concentrated blackberry, cassis and ripe cherry aromas layered with violet, briar, white pepper, earthy minerals and subtle oak spice. Medium-bodied yet structured, it features fine tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, elegant finish. The 2023 vintage was matured with approximately 30% new oak, adding depth without overpowering the fruit.
