Vincent Girardin Santenay Terre d’Enfance 2023 is a structured and expressive red Burgundy from Santenay in the Côte de Beaune. This flagship cuvée is produced entirely from Pinot Noir grown on approximately 45-year-old vines rooted in clay and limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, partially destemmed and naturally fermented before approximately 14 months of maturation in French oak barrels, including around 15% new oak. It offers vibrant red-fruit character, refined tannins and an elegant, mineral-influenced finish.
