The vines here have an average age of 45 years, and produce between 800-900kg of grapes annually. This area benefits from the cooling winds that blow down from Mount Helicon." The soils in the Naousa are rich in clay and limestone, and the Thymiopoulos family has farmed their land here for several generations according the principals of biodynamics. All wines are fermented with wild yeast, and raised without any contact with oak.
