PRODUCT REVIEW
The Kyoto Ki No Bi Sei Navy Strength Gin 750 ML\n \n SEI is created using the same 11 fresh botanicals, distilled in the usual six flavor batches and then blended as the classic KI NO BI, but is bottled at a higher ABV of 54.5%.\n This higher strength release is unmistakable in the KI NO BI family and packs a more intense punch than the classic. This makes SEI ideal as cocktail base, especially the Gin & Tonic.\n \n The Kyoto Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin 750 ML\n \n KI NO BI (“The Beauty of the Seasons”) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Our gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.\n \n KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sanshō (Japanese peppercorn) berries. Bottled at 45.7% abv, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and pure ground water sourced from the famous sake-brewing district of Fushimi.\n \n Mastering not only the science of distillation as others have done before, but also the age-old art of blending, we separate the botanicals in our gin into 6 Elements: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice and Fruity & Floral, and distil each category individually. Then we blend them in perfect harmony to create the distinctive KI NO BI flavour.\n \n The Kyoto Ki No Bi Dry Gin 750 ML\n \n This Gin is distilled, blended, and bottled in Kyoto. Created by rice and botanicals. Flavors of green tea, ginger, bamboo, shiso, and cypress with a dry finish.
