In Abruzzo, Farnese Vini owns three wineries: Caldora, Gran Sasso and Fantini Farnese. Production includes Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Terre di Chiete IGT wines. In Puglia, Cantina Sava, Luccarelli and Vigneti del Salento produces red, white, and rosé wines from a range of designations including Salice Salento DOC, Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOCG, Primitivo di Manduria DOC and Puglia IGP. In 2020, Farnese Vini was purchased by the Californian private equity firm Platinum Equity.
