Carmelo Rodero Ribera del Duero TSM 2019 750 ML

Carmelo Rodero TSM is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero made by Bodega Carmelo Rodero. Sticking to the family tradition, Carmelo Rodero started cultivating his family’s vineyards but after a few years he decided to stand on his own two feet and founded Bodegas Rodero in 1990.

This wine is made with Tinta del País (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Merlot (15%) grapes from the winery’s vineyards that are over 40 years old. The wine is made in the traditional way by monitoring the phenolic compounds and temperature during fermentation and maceration. Finally, this wine ages for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels of less than 2 years of age.
