A Rose conceived directly in the vineyard as a testimony to how Syrah is a variety with great potential for the Sallier de La Tour Estate, promoted in the entire Monreale territory.The territory is located only a few kilometers from the sea in the middle of the Jato Valley, with slight slopes, fresh, medium-mixture and mostly sandy soils, distinguished by thermal excursions. To thenose this rose expresses delicate notes of fresh red fruits and spices; to the palate pleasurably fruity, savory and fresh flavors provide the variety its original complexity.It presents itself with great elegance and charm with precise aromas, imposing but very fine tannins and great length.\n \n Producer Information\n Tasca d'Almerita is a wine producer with vineyards distributed around Sicily. The company's history dates back to 1830, although it wasn't until the 1950s that proprietor Count Guiseppe Tasca began to focus on quality, rather than bulk production. Today, its wines are exported to four continents. There are five wine estates, as described below, the largest of which is the original one, Tenuta Regaleali. Winemaking processes differ across the properties as grape varieties and terroir vary considerably. Both traditional and contemporary techniques are applied.
