Enclosed by aromatic shrubs, such as juniper, arbutus, gorse, and Mediterranean oak, the vineyards are stretched all over the Bolgheri area. Under certified Toscana IGT labels, today, the estate produces single varietal red and white wines of the highest quality. For Amineh Pakravan, an Iranian married to a Tuscan-origin husband, Enzo Papi, it was a challenge to restore the ancient winemaking traditions of the territory. But she was quite determined about the vocation. In 2000, she successfully revived the vineyards with innovative techniques, combined with conventional methods, and immediately after that, established the winery. Built with old-style churches, the design of the Pakravan-Papi Winery represents the Tuscan countryside.
