TESTING NOTE

DESCRIPTION

Stefano Casadei farms sustainably in a shallow valley about 60km north of Cagliari in south-central Sardegna. He employs low yields and hand harvesting at full phenolic maturity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel using selected yeasts. The wine is aged for several months in used 500l. barrels and up to a year in steel and bottle.

TESTING NOTE

This wine is an explosion of pure aromas, with fruits and sweet spices perfectly blended: to unwrap them is a wonderful tasting experience! At the palate the entrance is supple, warm and mouth filling with a good minerality and pleasant acidity which balance the silky tannins.
