Cimarrón Tequila Blanco is a highland pure-agave tequila distilled for a dry profile to allow greater control of cocktail sweetness. From Atotonilco, Jalisco it is distilled from agave hillside grown at 4,620′ elevation, where plant sugars reach an average of 24-26° Brix. A low-pressure, slow agave roast creates Cimarrón’s bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural using winemakers’ yeast. This Tequila is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers.
